Delete Your Easy Concept Account

This page explains how to delete your Easy Concept account and exactly what happens to your data when you do.
How to request deletion
- Open the Easy Concept app and sign in.
- Go to the You tab (bottom-right).
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted.
Deletion happens immediately — there's no waiting period. If you're unable to open the app (for example, you've already uninstalled it), message us on WhatsApp at +263 77 142 4734 with the phone number your account was registered under, and we'll delete it for you.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently and immediately removes:
- Your name, phone number, and email address (if you signed in with Google or Apple)
- Your login PIN
- All saved delivery addresses
- Your wishlist
What's kept, and why
Records of orders you've placed are kept — including the name and phone number attached to each order at the time you placed it — for our business and accounting records. Once your account is deleted, those order records are no longer connected to an active account or usable to sign back in; deleting your account doesn't retroactively erase the orders themselves. We don't currently have a fixed expiry on this — order records are retained indefinitely for accounting purposes, the same as a paper receipt would be.
